Olivar de Can Credo extra virgin olive oil is made exclusively with olives harvested from a Recaredo family estate on the Montpedrós mountain, 450 metres above sea level.
Can Credo’s centuries-old olive trees stand between rows and on the margins of our vineyards, part of a crop pairing rooted in history and Mediterranean culture.
Olivar de Can Credo is an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality and structure , with a level of natural acidity (expressed by oleic acid) of 0.18%. The olives are cold-pressed at a low temperature, a process that yields less oil but ensures the most sublime expression of the Arbequina variety.
