“Ambvivalent is an interplay of dualities that seeks to obtain the most rustic and authentic expression of red Xarel·lo”.
We make Ambvivalent using grapes from a small selection of vineyards located in the mountain region of Ordal (Alt Penedès), at an elevation of 400 metres above sea level.
The vineyards, which cover a total of two hectares, have loamy textured soil with a significant presence of calcareous nodules.
Made using Red Xarel·lo variety, Ambvivalent grows out of Celler Credo’s desire to express the great potential of Mediterranean varieties macerated on the skins.
