Recaredo L’Infinit is a project born from the creative and inquisitive spirit of the Recaredo team and family, and from the winegrowing potential of the Corpinnat territory.
Created for curious minds that don’t settle for the obvious, Recaredo L’Infinit invites you to explore the land as a living matter in constant transformation. These are Corpinnats crafted with absolute respect for place and craft, yet open to discovering new dimensions—new ways of sensing and expressing the landscape.
An essentially gastronomic Corpinnat that pairs beautifully with both raw ingredients and elaborate dishes: sushi, paellas, and risottos, as well as Iberian ham, foie gras, and aged cheeses. At the table, it’s a great companion for prawns, langoustines, octopus… Fish like turbot, sole, or tuna tartare pair to perfection.
To enhance the structure and creaminess of this wine, we suggest serving it between 8°C and 10°C and enjoying it in a wide-rimmed glass to promote oxygenation.
