From that moment, the standard lead time is 3 working days (this time could change depending on organisational changes from our transport partners or due to extraordinary circumstances).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How can I follow my order?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you provided an e-mail address, you will receive a message from the logistic partner to track the shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery date &amp; time<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The orders are usually delivered from Monday to Friday until 19h as a general rule. There are no deliveries on Saturday, Sundays or bank holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens if there is a broken bottle? The shipments are safe enough?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To minimise breakages, we use a packaging specially designed for the bottles we send.
