Vespres de Verema can be taken hot in acup or enjoyed at 15°C in a white wine glass.
Cold, it’s highly expressive, drying – a perfect gastronomic ally. The dominant aromas are pleasant vegetal notes that evoke the vineyard, accompanied by a balsamic subtlety. On the palate, it shows a light, fresh acidity with a long aftertaste of agreeable bitter notes
Served hot, Vespres de Verema reveals its more delicate side, with Mediterranean notes that bring to mind autumn undergrowth. It’s comforting in the mouth, with hints of aniseed and liquorice, accompanied by a pleasant tannic profile.
