Recaredo Subtil is a Brut Nature Corpinnat marked by long ageing and made with Xarel·lo grapes from the Roure Estate. We cultivate the vineyards of Recaredo Subtil according to the principles of biodynamic viticulture, a step beyond organic. The vineyards are located in the Corpinnat area, the birthplace of great sparkling wines in the historic Penedès wine region, where the production of sparkling wines using the traditional method began in the late 19th century.
Recaredo Subtil should be stored at around 15 ºC. We recommend serving it at 8-10 ºC and opening the bottle a few minutes before serving
