When my order will be delivered?

We intend to ship the order the working day after receiving it. From that moment, the standard lead time is 3 working days (this time could change depending on organisational changes from our transport partners or due to extraordinary circumstances).

How can I follow my order?

If you provided an e-mail address, you will receive a message from the logistic partner to track the shipment.

Delivery date & time

The orders are usually delivered from Monday to Friday until 19h as a general rule. There are no deliveries on Saturday, Sundays or bank holidays.

What happens if there is a broken bottle? The shipments are safe enough?

To minimise breakages, we use a packaging specially designed for the bottles we send. Despite this, as long as it can be shown that there has been a break, we would replace it without any cost for the customer.
